BRUCE BOLT TEAMS ORDERING TERMS

By placing an order, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the following:

• All BRUCE BOLT TEAMS products are custom made-to-order.
• All sales are final – no returns, exchanges, refunds, or chargebacks.
• Estimated delivery dates are based on the date the full order is submitted and paid. Please refer to your team’s ordering window for your estimated delivery timeline.
• BRUCE BOLT TEAMS is not responsible for any delays once products have shipped, but we work hard to keep you informed.
• You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details (including spelling, sizes, numbers, etc.) before submitting. Once your order is placed, no changes can be made.
• Orders will not enter production until full payment is received.
• Orders will ship only when complete. Partial shipments are not allowed unless approved in advance and may result in additional shipping charges.
• Custom product designs are created and approved by each organization, not BRUCE BOLT TEAMS. We are not responsible for changes or dissatisfaction with designs once approved by the team.
• Any concerns about product design, sizing, or materials should be addressed with the organization.
